Cindy Howard is a breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, and gemstone reader in the Tennessee mountains. CINfully Divine is the part of her practice that lives in the stones.
She does not call herself a healer. She calls herself a listener. You tell her what you are carrying — the grief, the becoming, the new beginning, the quiet ferocity — and she finds the stones whose frequencies answer your own.
Then she names them, in pencil, on kraft paper. The card ships with the piece.

02The Reading
Three things happen.
A frequency reading is a slow, exact thing. Cindy does not guess and she does not bless every stone the same way. The process is small and it is precise.

Three to five stones.
From the stones already on her bench. Each one chosen for what it does, not what it looks like. She writes the intention and the blessing in her own hand.

She Ships
The piece, the card, the breath.
If you want her to make the piece itself, she will. The reading and the kraft-paper card always come first — the piece is what it lives inside afterward.

Every reading produces an artifact. A small kraft-paper card, written in pencil and ink, in Cindy's own hand. It names the stones you were matched to, the intention they are carrying for you, and the blessing she breathed into them.
